PSG: I like to sleep... I mean, sleep has suddenly become a luxury to me... you know, working woman, busy and all… I also like to watch TV, watch movies, listen to music, read books... yes, I'm very “intellectual”... (sniggers)
What sort of books do you read?
PSG: Well, I love Harry Potter books… yeah, thanks to my friend, Arly… she introduced me to Potter… so now, I fall in love with Ron Weasley… he's my Weaselby… (looks dreamy)

PSG: Well, anything really… I like mystery, thriller, killing-people sort of books… you know, like CSI… yeah, but I do read a bit of romance now and then… and sometimes I read those movie adaptation from books sort of books… yeah, like Brokeback Mountain, Jarhead…
Since you love to watch TV, what's your favourite TV series?
PSG: I like those sitcoms on Star World channel like “Yes, Dear”, “My Wife and Kids”, “Still Standing”… oh, and of course CSI... oh and Queer As Folk... BRIANNNNNNNN!!!!

PSG: Nah, only Amazing Race and So You Think You Can Dance and Singapore Idol currently cos of Paul Twohill… I've boycotted American Idol after Chris Daughtry was voted out… They so need to fix those voting system of theirs… sheesh…

Rupert Grint
Rupert Grint, or like to be known as Rupey or Rupe or Weaselby by Princess Siti Grint, was born on Wednesday 24th August 1988. That makes him 17 years, 10 months and blah blah blah days and blah blah blah hours and blah blah blah seconds. He was plunged into the world of movies and fame and stardom when he was only 11 years old acting as the very famous Ron Weasley (yes, not only Harry Potter is famous, so is his best friend Ron). After his brilliant role as Ron in the first Harry Potter movie, Philosopher's Stone, he was casted as the permed-haired young scientist wannabe in Thunderpants. As he grew up, more girls have been queuing up to propose to him (okay, so maybe just me). After rave reviews of his brilliant acting in Goblet of Fire (some said that he almost stole the limelight from Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson), he acted as Ben in Driving Lessons and the movie has been chosen to play in Tribeca Film Festival and Cannes Film Festival. Right now, he's shooting the fifth Harry Potter installment. Though Ron is very dorky and sometimes not so brave and can be quite an idiot and has an emotional range of a teaspoon, the only similarities between Rupert and Ron are fear of spiders and big family. Rupert is unique. He rode the unicycle and played the Australian aborigines instrument thingy called didgeridoo. If he's not an actor, I bet he'll be good in Cirque de Soleil. Haha! But he's like any normal teenager; he loves to build model aeroplanes and play golf (heard he's really good at it).

Jake Gyllenhaal
You can say that Jake is one lucky chap. He's born on 19th December 1980 into a family of talented people; his father is Stephen Gyllenhaal (Director), his mother is Naomi Foner-Gyllenhaal (Screenwriter) and his sister is Maggie Gyllenhaal (Actress). His god-mother is Jamie-Lee Curtis and he was taught to drive by family friend, Paul Newman. He started as a child actor in City Slickers alongside Billy Crystal. Then he appeared in films such as Josh and S.A.M and Dangerous Woman. He then got his first starring role as Homer Hickman in the heart-warming story of an aspiring rocket scientist in October Sky (I cried my eyes out watching this movie). Later, he starred in other films opposite famous and well-respected actors like Dustin Hoffman and Susan Sarandon (Moonlight Mile); Chris Cooper (Jarhead and October Sky); Dennis Quaid (The Day After Tomorrow); Jennifer Aniston (The Good Girl); Anthony Hopkins and Gwyneth Paltrow (Proof); Jamie Foxx (Jarhead). Paul Twohill
Paul is a 17-year-old Singapore Idol 2 contestant who has won many hearts of the young generation and also some girls with his emo-rock style and his wacky weird personality and some do like his weird wacky hairdo that is similar to Addams Family. Addams Family or not, he has the talent so much so that he's now through to the Top 12 of Singapore Idol 2. Before he stepped into the limelight, he was in Catholic High School where he was in a rock band named Ecnerret (Terrence spelled backwards) and has won Catholic High Music Awards 2004 in the rock band category. So far, in the competition, he has sang 3 Doors Down's Here Without You and made one female contestant cried and another male contestant to vote for him 3 to 4 times and not thought for one second to vote for himself. Even though he's wacky, loves to laugh at the peanut butter jar at his home and wants to rampage Toys R Us if the world ends tomorrow, his personal goal in life is quite a serious matter: “Make it big one day doing what I love.” And not just that, one of the things that will make him nervous is “when my voice is having a real bad day because I start to feel that I won't put up a show that is up to standard.” Another one thing to know about him: He has three Friendster accounts now cos two of his accounts has reached the maximum limit of 1000. Gale Harold
You can say that Gale is my inspiration. Unlike most actors and actresses out there, he started acting late at the age of 28. He was born on July 10, 1969 in Georgia, US of A, which makes him a Cancerian like yours truly. Whoopie! Before he started acting, he was a carpenter and loves and restores Italian motorcycles. Wahey, I love motorcycles too! When he was younger, he acquired a diploma and under a soccer scholarship to begin a Liberal Arts Degree in Romance Literature at American University in Washington , D.C. However, because of some “creative differences” with his coach, he left the capital to study Fine Arts at San Francisco Arts Institute. However, that didn't last long too cos he squandered his academic scholarship and forced to make other plans. Oh Gale! Since he loves Italian motorcycles so much, that led him to several years of restoring and pants-set mechanics with Moto Guzzi motorbikes. So, you're probably wondering: “Man, when will this guy start acting?” Well, you don't have to wait for long cos in 1997, on the brink of financial exile from San Francisco , he was urged by his compatriot Suzy Landau, producer for Francis Ford Coppola (Dracula & Tucker) to take his act to the stage. After being introduced to actor and director Joan E. Scheckel, he re-located to Los Angeles , beginning an intensive 3-year period of dramatic study and exploration. This led him to his theatrical debut as Bunny in Me and My Friend. He also made his feature debut as Booker in 36K. Then he was accepted and completed the Actor's Conservatory Program with A Noise Within classical theatre company. There he appeared in productions like Misanthrope and Cymbeline. Then, he got his breakthrough role as the unapologetic and brutally honest gay Brian Kinney in Queer As Folk which made me love him. Okay… I have not been updating for quite a while now… I hope you guys miss me… hehe… anyway… school has started and I’ve been very busy… with my training and school and everything… and I’ve also been very tired nowadays… I think I am going to be sick… I feel the sore throat and flu coming soon…
So… what have I been doing since school has started? Well… when the school started, I was like a lost chicken with no head… I am so used to meeting my pals and go to school together that I had no idea I felt so lost… and I thought that I am the only one from the past B01 who took Marketing specialization… but guess what… another three girls from my class joined Marketing… Mei Xian, Shuting and Vivian… but all four of us are separated… I am in 6B01… again… some things will never changed… haha… but with new people in the class… the school decided to play some pranks on us and mixed Module B students with Module A students, which is where I am… so, the class has not just students from, let’s say, B09 and B01, but also B25 and B22… something like that… so everybody had to get to know each other all over again… at least I got to know two of them… Cylysce and Shi Wei… so we kinda had that peace of mind… then came another shocker… our class will have a CEO, Research Manager, etc, etc, etc… you know… like a real organization… and we have to make an organization chart… each one of us will have a role to play… so nobody is left out… and we even have a real business partner… as in a real company… my class, or now it’s called Business Unit, is partnered with The Singapore Mint… no, not a company that makes mint candies… it actually mint coins… and also EZ-Link cards and Cashcards… and we had to help them sell these stuff during road-shows… each group will have a chance to sell NDP medallions, coins, EZ-Link cards and Cashcards for three days from 2 July to 11 July at Millenia Walk… that’s not just it… we will also have to set up a booth either in school or Jurong Point, it’s not decided by the school yet, and use what we had learned to market the company’s products and sell it… not just that, if our Business Advisor agrees, we will be divided into 2 groups and will have to come up with a marketing plan and execute it… and that’s not the end of it, we will also have a 1-month attachment with the company with an allowance of $250 and a commission… phew, busy, busy, busy… and as always, there are the dreaded projects… the school has a new system… haiz… somehow, I am feeling that my batch is being the guinea pigs… anyway, there will be an integrated project for four subjects… meaning, four subjects will be put into one… Marketing Research, Sales Management, Marketing Communications and E-Marketing… for Marketing Research, there’s no exam… just a test, 2 surprise quizzes and a sub-group project… for the other three, there’s final exam but no test and a sub-group project… and we also have another subject called Interactive Business Skills, which is an interesting subject… we have no test or exam… as long as we appear in class and lecture, participate and do our projects properly, we will pass… haha… it sounds simple right? Not THAT simple… the project sound quite tough… it’s an individual project… and we have to do a sales scenario, data gathering call, selling solution call, and stand-up presentation… tough…
About the training with The Singapore Mint… my group had done two of the road-shows… our last road-show will be this Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm… so if you are reading this before Sunday and want to see how your beloved friend here who has not work before in her entire life try to get sales, then you are welcome to see me in action… haha… my first time going to Millenia Walk was a disaster… my cousin and nephew told me that it was a 5 to 10 minute walk from City Hall… but guess what Cylysce and I found out… it took us half an hour which felt like hours for us to walk to Millenia Walk… we were like “Geez… are we walking the right way?”… Cylysce had to approach two strangers to find out where the heck was Millenia Walk… I called my cousin umpteen times… in the end, Cylysce called Shi Wei… and he said “Just walk into Suntec City and walk all the way…” and we did that and got to a building… and Cylysce was like “Are we at the right place?”… so we had to call Shi Wei again and he said “It’s the brown building with lots of pipes…” I looked up and said to Cylysce, “This is a brown building and these are lots of pipes. So we must be at the right place!” And Cylysce was like, “Are you sure? I feel like crying!” I kept on laughing and laughing… and we went into the building… Cylysce pestered me to ask the receptionist where Millenia Walk… so I did… I began to ask, “Hi, may I know…” before I could finish my sentence, I looked behind her and saw the Millenia Walk sign… then we walked off and saw Jason, my classmate, who I have to secretly admit, is quite good-looking… and he said, “You guys walk from City Hall! Wow!”… and then we saw Shi Wei… and he was like, “At last!”… haha… but when we reached there, the perm staff hadn’t finish preparing… sheesh… so, it was an adventure… now, we are pros at going to Millenia Walk… haha… anyway, our first day of sales was not bad… I was the cashier since I am the leader… the rest bullied me to take the role… sheesh… anyway, for the first two times I had to do the sales receipt and manual credit computing, I sucked… then, the perm staff, Yi Wei, who has the job to look after us, told me to slow down… so I did… and became a pro after that… haha… but everything in life is not perfect… there is sure some mistake… at the end of the day, our cash tallied with the sales receipt but our stock didn’t… the problem was my group was the second shift… the first shift had the same problem… so we were worried that whatever happened in the first shift was carried over to our shift… so the stock was short of $150… sheesh… on the second road-show, we did well… we sold two sets of the most expensive item which cost $360… an auntie came to our booth three times because of our lovely faces… after the third time and after much persuasion, she decided to buy a set of medallion that cost $57… hehe… but again, at the end of our shift, the cash tallied but the stock didn’t… haiz… and this time, we didn’t even handle the cash and the stocks… Jamaima and Jenny, another two perm staff, were the ones who did… so it was kind of a shocker to us… but we learned a lot for the two road-shows that we felt that we are an expert on it already… we learned to be responsible for the money and the stock that we hold… if anything is lost, we have to bear with the consequences… we also learned customer behaviour… I can honestly tell you that if a buyer just looked at the display from far, don’t even waste your saliva and talk about the products… because even though how much you say, they will look at you and say, “No money to buy!”… if they look seriously at the products, you should say something about the products… I can guarantee you that they will buy… then, there are the parents… parents will ask their children if they think a certain product is nice, and if they said yes, then you know that the parents will buy it… anyway, we hope that for our last day of the road-show, we won’t have to stay for one and a half hours extra before we could go home because the cash and the stock don’t tally… if not, I think I will die…
Anyway, I will, as you should have known by now, love to save the best or worst, whichever way you see it, for last… I have my IS classes other than the core modules that I took… and you know how much I wanted to forget Vincent… and I thought that I successfully put him out of my mind… but I guess, I couldn’t… not when he is in my class for World Issues… and not just that, in the same project group as me as well… sheesh… what a luck… and why must he smile at me the way he used to… that look he gave me when he saw my silliness… haiz… and how he smiled when he listened to me saying, “Sexy Siti” during ice-breaker… and how I shouted “I sing in the shower!” for human bingo… haha… the feelings came back again… and it doesn’t help one bit now when Cylysce knew that I like, or love, whichever way you want to see it, Vincent… and not just her, Arlianny, Jean and this friend of Cylysce also knew… Jeanne wants to sabo me… she wants to tell Vincent about me… but she knew that I would ‘kill’ her if she ever did… and they are not helping me forget Vincent one bit… I mean, it’s true what Cylysce said… it’s hard to forget him when he’s near… I guess, no matter what… I can’t get him off my mind, I can’t get him off my heart… no matter how many other cute guys I have seen… and I tell you it’s a lot… I still love him… because of the memories that we had shared before… lovely memories… it’s difficult… why must it be like this? I want to change my target… really, I do… I told Cylysce that… but she told me that she knew that I couldn’t… I mean, why couldn’t I? There’s Shi Wei, whom I think is cute… and not just me, even Rashidah said so, or so I heard from Ting… and there’s Alden, whom I think is cute in a huggable way… he’s kind of big, but muscled kind of big… then there’s this guy whom I don’t know whether he’s Malay or not… but he looks like one… you know how it is nowadays… you don’t even know if the person is Malay or not… haha… anyway, he has this nice smile… but too bad he’s short… then there’s Jason, whom I seem to build a good rapport with… earlier today, I was wearing my baju kurung, and he was like, “Siti, why are you wearing a baju kurung?”… that somehow sounds familiar… that was what Vincent said when I first wore one… haha… then when I didn’t wear my glasses and I was squinting at him… I said, “I couldn’t see you leh!”… and he was like jumping up and down in front of me and said, “I’m here! I’m here!”… it’s hilarious… he’s tall and very fair… and kind of huggable like Alden but not as big as Alden… he’s really nice guy… funny as well… and he’s our class Social Rep… haha… so you see, I have many other targets to choose… but somehow, my heart still stays with Vincent… this doesn’t help at all… can someone just tell me what am I suppose to do to forget him? Haiz…
Oh, and before I end this entry, since we are on the IS part… I am in the same Managing Events class with Amir Hamzah… yes, my CCK friends, Amir… and he’s the joker of the class… and in the class, I am known as the ‘mentally unstable’ girl… and a girl who changes her mind easily even for guys… or so said my tutor… but boy, didn’t she realize that I haven’t been changing my target for two damn years… haha… so anyway, I am ending my entry with a song that somehow reflects how I am feeling right now…
